- 1 egg
- 1 cups all-purpose flour
- 7 fluid ounces milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Preheat waffle iron.
- Beat egg in a bowl until fluffy.
- Add in flour, milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
- Spray waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
- Pour just the right amount of mix onto waffle iron.
- Cook until golden brown.
