We love mango with everything! So, we thought we'd add mango to our pancakes for breakfast. This isn't something new. There are numerous recipes online for pancakes with mango and cream cheese. Nevertheless, our recipe is incredibly delicious! The pancakes come out soft, moist, and scrumptious! You can taste the cream cheese and mango in every bite. You can eat them without any pancake syrup, whip cream, or any other topping.
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup mango pulp, pureed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- a pinch of salt
- cut mango for garnish
- Whisk cream cheese and sugar together.
- Add mango puree and continue whisking.
- Add egg, milk, and oil.
- Add dry ingredients and fold into the batter.
- Heat a nonstick pan and our batter on it.
- Cook on low heat.
- Flip once the bubbles appear on the sides.
- Cook until browned.
- Serve with mangoes.
